About me
I am an assistant professor at the School of Mathematical Sciences, Shenzhen University. Before that, I was a Postdoc at the Department of Mathematics of The University of Science and Technology, and the Department of Statistics and Data Science of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I obtained my Ph.D. in Statistics from the Department of Statistics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Xiaodan Fan in 2024. My research interests are in Bayesian statistics, Bayesian nonparametric statistics, multi-omics integration, and statistical computing. I focus on developing novel statistical models to solve biological problems, including clustering single-cell RNA-seq data and spatial transcriptomics data.
I received an M.S. degree (2019) with Prof. Ning Jiao in Medicinal Chemistry and a B.S. degree (2017) in Pharmaceutical Science from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Peking University.
